Spray on pulse points (wrists, neck, behind ears) and inhale deeply for immediate benefits. Reapply as needed for a boost! Spray on your clothes to prolong the effect. If oyu wear AROMA as a perfume, reapply often. You can also apply your regular signature scent after your AROMA ritual. 

We conducted a study in partnership with renowned IMMERSION Neuroscientists to be certain that we could share with our customers the positive, proven benefits our AROMA products can have on their life. Great set!

This is a great starter set. I am not too fond of the heart fragrance, but I love the Body. I ordered the .3oz vial and just received it yesterday. The fragrance is also long-lasting.

We recommend applying these on your pulse points - the wrists are great - whenever you need a pick-me-up and smell the fragrance deeply for a couple of minutes. These scents are 100% natural so it is ok to smell deeply. You will feel their benefits immediately. Reapply at will!
